Your website is published on your own domain, and we host it on our platform for the year of your package.
Your domain
Your website is published on your own domain, or on a domain you ask us to help you get. Either way, you keep ownership of your domain.
On the order form, enter your domain, for example yourbusiness.ae, and choose one of:
- I already have this domain
- I want this domain / help me choose one
If you do not have a domain yet, you can also leave the field empty, and we help you choose one.
Questions the terms do not settle
The terms do not say who registers a new domain or who pays for its registration, or exactly how a domain you already own is connected. Ask us on WhatsApp before you order and we explain it for your domain.
Hosting
Hosting on our secure platform is part of the package, for the whole year. We may maintain or move the hosting when needed, keeping your website working.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: brief interruptions for maintenance can occur.
Maintenance
The package includes basic maintenance during the year. If you are not sure whether something is covered, ask us. Anything outside the package is an add-on, quoted first.
When the year ends
Nothing renews or charges automatically. Before the year ends, we contact you with the renewal price, and you decide whether to renew. If you do not renew, we contact you before anything changes: nothing is removed on the date without notice. On request, we provide an export of your website content. See Renewal: nothing is charged automatically.
