We write the content of your website. You check it and approve it before it goes live.

Who writes what

LeadDesk You
Writing the pages and articles Yes, from what you tell us about your services No writing needed
The facts about your business We use the facts you give us You tell us your services, prices, licences and contact details, and you remain responsible for their accuracy
Logos, photos and other files We use what you send us You confirm you have the right to use anything you supply
Approval We publish only after your approval You review the website before it goes live

What helps us write a good website

  • The services you want on the website, in your own words
  • The areas and emirates you serve
  • The phone and WhatsApp number customers should use
  • Anything that sets you apart, as long as it is true and you can stand behind it
  • Your logo and photos, if you have them

You can send these on WhatsApp, by email, or in the order form's last field, "Anything else?".

Reviewing before it goes live

You review the website before it goes live. While you review, check:

  • names, services and prices
  • phone numbers, WhatsApp links and email addresses
  • licence numbers and any other official details
  • the areas you serve

If something is wrong on our side, such as a wrong fact, a typo or a broken link, tell us and we correct it at no charge.

After you approve

A materially different request after approval, such as a new service or a redesign, is new work. We quote it first, and nothing is charged until you agree. See Changes after your website is live.

What you supply must be yours to use

Anything you send us, such as logos, photos and text, must be yours to use. When you send it, you confirm that you have the right to use it. See Who owns your website content, and what we do not build.
