You order the website package on the pricing page, with or without a free preview first. Submitting the form saves your order and shows the exact total. It does not charge you anything by itself.

Leave the domain empty, or enter the one you would like and choose "I want this domain / help me choose one". We help you choose one. See Your domain, hosting and maintenance.
When you submit the form
- Your order is saved and you see the confirmation page: what you ordered, the total in US dollars, and the line "AED 500, charged as USD 136".
- A confirmation email arrives with the subject "We received your order", followed by your order reference. It contains the same total and the same payment link. It is written in English.
- Pay with the Pay now button on the confirmation page, or later from the email. See Paying on the secure checkout, and when a payment fails.
If the confirmation page does not show a payment button, we email you a secure payment link, usually within one business day.
Typed the wrong email address?
Until you pay, the confirmation page you see right after ordering has a Wrong address? Fix it here link. Correct the address there, and the confirmation email, with the payment link, is sent again to the right inbox. If you have already left that page, message us on WhatsApp.
Track your order in an account
On the confirmation page you can create a free account with the email address you ordered with, or sign in if that address already has one. Once that email address is confirmed, the order appears in your account. See Your account and the client portal.
