We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We reply to messages as soon as we can, usually within one business day.
You can write to us in English or in Arabic.
What to include
A message that answers these questions can usually be dealt with in one reply:

Never send card details
Do not send card details by WhatsApp, chat or email. Payment happens on a secure hosted checkout run by our payment provider. No card details are entered on, passed through or stored by our website. See Paying on the secure checkout, and when a payment fails.
Questions before you order
