Changes after your website is live

Mistakes on our side are corrected at no charge. New services, redesigns and extra pages are new work, and we quote them first.

Your website can change after it goes live. Some changes are corrections, at no charge. Others are new work, which we quote first.

Corrected at no charge

If something is wrong on our side, tell us and we correct it at no charge. For example:

  • a wrong fact
  • a typo
  • a broken link

New work, quoted first

A materially different request is new work. We send you the price first, and nothing is charged until you agree. For example:

  • a new service that was not in your order
  • a redesign after you approved the website
  • pages beyond the package's allowance, which are the "Extra pages" add-on

Examples

Request Correction or new work
The phone number on a page has a wrong digit, and you gave us the right one Correction
A word is misspelled Correction
A button or link does not work Correction
You have started offering a new service and want it on the website New work
You approved the design and now want a different one New work

If you are not sure which one a change is, ask. We tell you before doing anything, so there is no surprise.

Facts that have changed

Did your phone number, address, prices or services change? Tell us what changed. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the facts you give us, so let us know when one changes. We tell you whether an update is a correction or new work before doing anything.

How to ask for a change

Message us on WhatsApp or write to us, with:

  1. the address of the page
  2. what is wrong, or what should change
  3. what it should say instead
