Your website package runs for one year. Nothing renews or charges automatically: before the year ends, we contact you, and you decide.
How long your package runs
One year from the payment date. In your account on leaddesk.ae, the page of your package order shows the date it runs until: "runs until … · nothing renews automatically". See Your account and the client portal.
Before the year ends
We contact you with the renewal price. You decide whether to renew for another year. There is no automatic payment and no subscription to cancel.
To renew
Tell us on WhatsApp or by email that you want to renew. We record the renewal and confirm it with you.
A renewal adds the new year from the end of your current year, not from the day you renew. Renewing early does not cost you any days.
If you do not renew
We contact you before anything changes. Nothing is removed on the date without notice.

The renewal price
The renewal price is the one we send you before the year ends. The AED 500 a year on the pricing page is the launch price of a new package.
