You have two places to follow your website with us: a free account on leaddesk.ae that you create yourself, and a private client portal that opens with a personal link we send you.
Your account on leaddesk.ae
The account is free and optional: you can order without one. It keeps your orders and your website package together.
Creating it. Use Sign in at the top of leaddesk.ae, or the invitation on the confirmation page after you order. Use the same email address you ordered with. Once that email address is confirmed, your orders appear in your account automatically.
What you find there:

On the website package order, the account also shows your allowance and your renewal date, for example "Up to 10 pages and 10 articles · runs until … · nothing renews automatically".
Signing in. With your email address and password at leaddesk.ae/login. Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page.
The client portal
The client portal is a private area that shows your pages, reports, leads and orders. There is no public login: it opens with a personal, secure link that we send you.
- Keep the link to yourself. Anyone who has it can open your portal.
- A portal link can carry an expiry date. If yours no longer works, ask us for a new one.
- The portal's interface is in English.
The sections you will use:
