You can cancel a paid order. What you get back depends on whether work has started.
The rule

| You cancel after work has started | What you paid for any part of the work not yet delivered |
| We cannot accept an order, or we stop one under our content rules | What you paid for any work not yet delivered |
How to ask
Message us on WhatsApp or write to mail@leaddesk.ae with your order number and the email address you ordered with. Tell us whether you want to cancel the whole order or only part of it.
Before you cancel
If a draft is not what you expected, tell us first. One revision is included, and work that does not match the brief you confirmed is corrected at no charge. See Corrections and changes after delivery.

Nothing is charged for it, so there is nothing to refund.
