From a completed payment to a live website, this is what happens.
1. Your payment clears
You get a receipt by email, and your order goes into our work queue. Your package year starts on the date of the payment: it covers one year from that day.
2. We go through your details
We start from what you told us on the order form: your business, your services, your emirate, your domain and the language. If we need more, we contact you about your order by WhatsApp, phone or email.
If you had a free preview, put its link in the order form's last field, "Anything else?", so we start from it.
3. We write the content and build the pages
We prepare the content for you, based on your services. You do not need to write anything. The package covers up to 10 landing pages and up to 10 blog articles, with the WhatsApp and call buttons, the contact form and the search-ready structure.
4. You review and approve
You review the website before it goes live. Check the facts, such as your services, prices, licences and contact details: you remain responsible for their accuracy. If something is wrong on our side, tell us and we correct it. See Content, and approving your website.
5. We publish your website
Once you approve, we publish your website on your domain. Most websites are ready within a few days after you approve and share your details.
6. Your delivery report
When your website is live, you receive a delivery report listing what we published. You can also open it from your account on leaddesk.ae and from the client portal. See Your account and the client portal.
During the year
- Your website is hosted on our platform, with basic maintenance.
- Mistakes on our side are corrected at no charge. New work is quoted first. See Changes after your website is live.
- Before the year ends, we contact you with the renewal price, and you decide whether to renew. See Renewal: nothing is charged automatically.
