You pay for the website package online, on a secure hosted checkout. You always see the exact total first, and nothing renews or charges automatically.
Why dirhams on the page and dollars at the checkout
The package is priced at AED 500 a year and charged as USD 136, because the checkout charges in US dollars. The amount charged is shown before you pay:
- on the order confirmation page, as the total in US dollars with the line "AED 500, charged as USD 136"
- on the checkout itself
- in your order confirmation email
How payment works
- Submit the order form. This saves your order and shows you the exact total. It does not charge you anything by itself.
- Pay on the secure checkout. Use the Pay now button on the confirmation page. The same payment link is in your confirmation email, so you can also pay later.
- Payment received. Back on our website, the page confirms your payment, usually within a minute; it refreshes by itself. You also get a receipt by email.
Your card details
The checkout is operated by our payment provider. No card details are entered on, passed through or stored by our website. Never send card details by WhatsApp, chat or email.
When a payment fails
If the checkout does not complete, for example because the payment was declined or the window was closed before the end:
- Your order stays saved, unpaid.
- To try again, open the payment link in your confirmation email, or press the button on the confirmation page.
- If a payment is declined more than once, check with your bank or card issuer before trying again.
- If the payment link no longer works, message us on WhatsApp or write to us, with the email address you ordered with.
Do not place a second order just to retry a payment. Ask us first, so that you do not pay twice.
If you are not sure whether a payment went through
Do not pay again. Message us with the email address you ordered with and roughly when you paid, and we check the order.
Refunds
The Terms of Service mention a refund in one situation: if we refuse or stop an order under our acceptable use rules, we refund anything paid for work not yet delivered. For any other question about a refund, ask us. See Who owns your website content, and what we do not build.
Renewal is never automatic
Paying once covers one year. We never set up recurring charges. Before the year ends, we contact you with the renewal price, and you decide. See Renewal: nothing is charged automatically.
